Our computing training program for older people

Our senior training program is designed to equipe older people with basic computer skills that will enable them to use technology with confidence in the ever-changing digital times.

The training program is for beginners to intermediate users and focuses on basic computer skills including how to set up a computer/laptop and accessories, use a mouse, printer, typing techniques, send emails, online services and how to use different web browsers.

By mastering these basic skills, elder learnrs can use a wide range of programs that enable them to connect with friends and family, doctor and hospital, shop online, access critical online services without leaving their homes.

Smart devices includes devices like smart phones, tablets, laptops and computers. Smart devices can be used at home or while you’re out and about. You’ll need an internet connection to make the most of a smart device
